Lunch today was again done at the halal stall located nearby. Although unsual, the noodles served there are really something to look forward to. Made fresh all day long, you know that everything you eat is made fresh and even by hand. This is something really rarely seen in Singapore, being a fast paced city and having everything pre-done.
The lanterns are something I personally was not expecting and I think is a very poetic way of the China students to greeting us into their school. Although not flying off but burning instead, I still think it's a sight to behold.
Suprisingly, the day ended off with fireworks. Although not meant for us, I fell very honoured to be able to witness yet another tradition of China.
